Installing Raspbian with CCD patches contained onto a SD card:

download:
http://files.busware.de/RPi/CCD/raspbian-ccd.zip

un-zip:
unzip raspbian-ccd.zip

copy to a (min 2GB) SD card:
dd if=XXXXXXX-wheezy-raspbian-busware-ccd.img of=/dev/sd<your sd card>

Windows users may use: http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

boot the card @ RPi
